# Real Token

### Overview

$REAL is a utility token that enables governance, incentives, and loyalty programs across the Real decentralized ecosystem. It is not an equity instrument and grants no ownership, shareholder rights, dividends, revenue sharing, or access to centralized or regulated services from Real Labs FZCO. The token is not used for fees or transactions, and any revenue generated by decentralized network products may be used for token buybacks, supporting grants, token burns, and ecosystem initiatives, remaining fully separate from corporate equity, revenue participation, and control of the legal entity.
